We accept any new or used-but-functional performance equipment and clothing from the following product categories: triathlon, swimming, cycling, running, paddling, climbing, adventure and camping. In the winter we will also be accepting snowshoes and cross-country skis.
You set the asking price. Keep in mind that the lower the asking price, the more likely your item is to sell. If you need assistance determining a fair price, we would be pleased to make some suggestions.
There is no flat fee for selling your gear. We only collect a commission if the item sells. The rates are as follows:

Ideally, yes. But we can also post your item to our web site if you send us pics and a detailed description. Note that gear is more likely to sell if the buyer can come in a physically see it for themselves. Plus you would need to be available to ship it to the buyer within 2 business days of the sale.
For your convenience there are four ways: 1) bring it to our Guelph store, 2) bring it to our booth at a select triathlon, 3) arrange to meet us somewhere n the GTA, 4) ship it to us (see ‘Consign Your Gear’ on our home page).
No problem. You may retrieve your unsold gear from us at any point without a penalty. We can also ship it back to you at your cost.
Yes. For your convenience, we have an in-store professional bicycle mechanic (Jay Filer, Winterborne Bicycle Institute) who can inspect your bike and provide a pre-sale certificate and/or recommend and adjustments or repairs that may be needed. These services are performed at affordable rates.
Yes. Our warehouse is located at 71 Wyndham Street South (behind City View Pools), near downtown Guelph and is open to the public on Sundays from 12-4pm and Tuesdays from 7 to 9pm as well as by appointment on other days.
Our store functional as our warehouse of new and preowned cycling, running, swimming, triathlon, climbing, paddling, and adventure equipment and clothing.
It is open to the public during set times (see above). You may come to browse, purchase, or consign gear. You may also rent gear or bike tools.
We also have an in-house professional bicycle mechanic workshop, equipped with almost all professional bicycle tools and a reference library. The workshop is free to use for members during store hours, and the tools and books can be rented for use at home.
Consigned gear is not taxable, but new items sold by our store are subject to sales tax.
Yes. We will ship worldwide. Contact us for shipping rates and times.
We do our best to accurately describe the item. If you purchase an item that does not meet your expectations, return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original state and you will receive a full refund. From 31 to 90 days after date of purchase, you may return an item for in-store credit. After 90 days, we may negotiate a trade-in or you could reconsign the item.
Please note that for preowned items, the manufacturers warrantee may no longer apply. Even though preowned goods are purchased ‘as is’, our return policy is designed to protect the buyer from purchasing a product which does not live up to their expectations for the product based on its condition and its asking price. If you have any concerns about an item you purchased for us, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Yes, if it is gear that we feel has a reasonable resale potential, we can give you in-store credit in exchange for your item(s). You can them use the credit toward the purchase of other gear from us.
